Services
We provide residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Services are subject to availability and may vary based on property type and condition.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed during booking. Final charges may adjust if property size, condition, or requested extras differ from what was provided.
Recurring services begin with a Deep Cleaning at the deep clean rate to ensure your home starts at a maintainable level.
Payments are due at booking and are processed securely through our system.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be charged a cancellation fee.
If cleaners are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours.
We may offer a complimentary re-clean or a partial credit at our discretion.

Liability

DFW Clean Collective is insured. We take care to protect your property and belongings.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile or high-value.
Customers are responsible for securing pets and valuables before service.
