Welcome to DFW Clean Collective. By booking services through our website, phone, or any other method, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services
DFW Clean Collective provides residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on property condition, size, and location.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed during booking but may be adjusted if property details differ from what was provided.
Payment is due at booking and processed securely through our payment provider.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance → No fee.
Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the appointment → $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment → 50% of the booking total will be charged.
If cleaners are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Payments are non-refundable once service is completed.
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of the service. We may provide a complimentary re-clean or partial credit at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate property details when booking.
Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
Pets and valuables should be secured prior to service.
Liability
DFW Clean Collective is insured and takes care to protect your property.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
Liability for damages, if proven to be caused by our team, will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
